Remote Assistance
allows you to create a connection to Medical-Objects' servers which, when given an ID will enable us to remote control your computer to assist with the setup process. Once we disconnect (or if the connection is broken - by you, or internet dropout), the program removes itself, and would need to be run again to re-enable control.
